Being involved in a road traffic accident is usually very stressful. Not only can the incident itself be a shock to the system, trying to get your car repaired afterwards can be immensely time consuming and frustrating.

Our aim is to reduce the stress, inconvenience and hassle to an absolute minimum. If you are involved in an accident, contact us, or if it happens out of normal working hours, get your breakdown provider to recover the vehicle to one of our branches, and then speak to us the next day. We will then take over, organise the most cost-effective alternative transport (depending on the exact circumstances and your insurance policy, we can often arrange this free-of-charge), and liaise with your insurers to get your car repaired at our Saab Approved bodyshop as quickly as possible.

You may not have realised it, but you have a great deal of freedom in deciding where your car is repaired after an accident. Most insurers will direct customers to a bodyshop within their own network of repairers. However, these repairers may not be specialists in repairing Saab’s.

We believe that it makes far more sense to have the repair carried out by a bodyshop familiar with the Saab product, where it can be restored to factory specification. And of course, it makes sound financial sense to do this, as poor repairs will almost certainly affect the resale value of your car when you come to change it, and your Anti-Corrossion Warranty.
